AhnLab selected the TILE-Gx processor as it provides the unique combination of unparalleled performance, best in class network latency and a standard C-based Linux programming environment enabling faster time to market.
The increased use of mobile devices driven by BYOD policies, along with the transition of enterprise applications to the cloud is reshaping security infrastructure. The severity of security threats has changed to more advanced persistent and targeted attacks that disrupt network operation, and compromise sensitive information. As a result, next-generation security systems need the intelligence to appropriately counter the rapidly evolving threats, while enhancing their capability to process very high bandwidth IP traffic.
AhnLab DPS 10000 appliance blocks a maximum of 20Gbps inbound DDoS traffic and manages a maximum of 30 Mpps inbound traffic flow throughput utilizing AhnLab's patented realtime traffic verification algorithms. The appliance incorporates features such as self-learning of policies based on traffic type, protection against HTTP-targeted attacks, and guarding against "botnet" that could become sources for DDoS attacks.
